3M™ Safety-Walk™ Slip-Resistant General Purpose Black with Photoluminescent strip 690 is primarily designed to glow in dark areas (after exposure to UV light) as sign and marking in buildings and vehicles steps like fire brigades or ambulances. It consist of abrasive particles bonded by a durable polymer to a dimensionally stable plastic film. The reverse side is coated with a rubber based pressure-sensitive adhesive, covered by a removable protective liner.
OverviewPrimarily for use in areas where power outages occur as a durable, slip resistant surface for dry, wet, oily floors in industrial and commercial applications with intensive pedestrian or light vehicle traffic such as: corridors, production and storage rooms, ramps, stairways, ladders, footplates on machines, emergency exits, theater aisles, stadium/concert areas and public transportation stations.
