ORACAL 820 Safety Vinyl is a special white PVC film available in gloss or matte finish, designed for security applications where extremely low tear resistance is required. This material is non-reusable and cannot be cleanly removed, making it ideal for identification labels, non-forgeable documents, or tamper-evident systems. It is compatible with various printing methods including screen printing, inkjet printing with solvent, UV or latex inks, and thermal transfer printing (only for the gloss version).
