The 3M Paint Protection Film Installation Gel, type 38590, is designed to simplify the application of 3M Scotchgard PPF films, ensuring high-quality results. Its thick consistency improves adhesion and repositioning on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. The special formula delays drying, allowing more time to work on large or complex parts. It reduces edge lifting and helps prevent bubbles, making installation smoother and more efficient.
Also recommended to facilitate the sliding of the squeege with 3M™ Wrap Film Series 2080 Gloss colors. In this case it is to be used only on the surface of the film.
